Cultivating Charlie
This must be a movie like Into My Heart - you either saw it when it
premiered as an indie film at a festival or you just will never get to see it.
Apparently Jake played a vegetarian son of a burger magnate. It's a
coming-of-age type thing and also starred Richard Libertini {who
played a Bajoran doubter of Sisko as the Emissary on DS9} and
Timothy Leary. It was filmed in Albuquerque, Espanaola, Las Vegas and
Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pity the producers didn't at least put it out on VHS.
8-11-02: Well, it is still in a playable format as it ran in February in Dallas, TX. Darn.
