Love Thy Neighbor
10-22-03: Maybe they didn't do any dvds at all. The one I purchased is a demo - for screening only, not rental or resale. You only realize that as you watch the dvd. The words appear every so often. I haven't watched the whole movie but I think I saw all of Jake's part. He plays a guy who is perusing the adult section of a video rental store that one of the wives notices. She then envisions him in various states of undress or in a leather criss cross top that has huge pointed metal studs in them. Jake makes small talk with her. He's rather cute, dressed or otherwise. He wears a gorgeous blue long sleeve shirt with the sleeves slightly rolled up. The scene comes about because the woman's best friend, who is a painter, had told her earlier that when things are boring you look at people and wonder what they would look like with their clothes off.
10-20-03: The producers or distributors apparently chickened out and decided not to put out dvds for sale. It was on dvd for rent though so search around for a used copy.
Great news people! 'Love Thy Neighbor' will be available on dvd in October 2003. It's a movie about guys who find out that each has been fooling around with the others' wives and one of them supposedly gets aids so the question is, who gave it to whom?
